Designing for enquiry-based blended learning (DiBL)

DiBL is a staff development resource that through a enquiry-based case study approach and with the help of coaches, the aim is to help you identify and then re-design a short piece of teaching that you or your colleagues currently (or in the future) hope to deliver. Ideally run over two days the sessions allow you to experience developing an enquiry-based blended learning design based on the DIBL framework. You are given opportunities to explore free and cheap multimedia software (PPT, Comic Life and Panopto) to design and create Triggering Events that encourage inquiry, debate, discussion and learner independence.
